Cancellation Policy – Gatineau

We understand that life is often unpredictable. We accept cancellation, but we respectfully request at least a 24 – hour notice to cancel your appointment.
We reserve the right to charge $50 for any appointments that are missed without notice in 24 hours

For the respect of our clients and technicians, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we have to reschedule as our appointments are timed, and back-to-back. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a “no – show”, and a $50 booking fee will be charged at your next visit.

$50 Deposits are required when booking for Semi – permanent brows & Lip Blush services through e-transfer to my email: info@lucybeauty.ca (please leave your full name and phone number in the note when you e-tranfer)
The deposit will go toward to your total service cost
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, no exception!
